Payment & Refund Policy
Payment:
All the payments should will be controlled by the PAYMENT GATEWAY in the www.tbsmatrimony.com portal Payment made by Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card / UPI would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. All transaction charges levied by the service provider or bank or credit card company are payable by you and TBS Matrimony Online Services is NOT responsible.
TBS Matrimony Online Services uses third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of payment gateway failure the same would be communicated to the TBS Matrimony member by the payment gateway provider. TBS Matrimony Online Services shall not be responsible in the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, TBS Matrimony Online Services offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts through the payment gateway Online Statement and Errors.
TBS Matrimony Online Services will provide you with an online billing statement sent to your registered email id. This is the only billing statement that we provide and if you notice an error on your bill, you must tell us within 10 days after the error first appears on your bill. We will then promptly investigate the charge. If you do not tell us within that time, you release us from all liability and claims of loss resulting from the error and we won't be required to correct the error or provide a refund, unless otherwise required by law. If TBS Matrimony Online Services has identified a billing error, we will correct that error within 30 days. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
Refund Policy:
The fees paid by you for the services to be rendered are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, the same will be made through online payment within a period of 15 working days from the time of discretion notified to you. In case of refunds arising due to rejection of Registration or Short Closing of Membership, all charges paid or to be paid to payment gateway / banks / credit card / service provider will be to your account. If at any time tbsmatrimony.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, tbsmatrimony.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. The membership is NOT Transferrable to any others.
